菩薩立於束腰覆蓮圓台上，台下作鏤空壼門方形台座。頭戴高寶冠，面相豐滿，眉目清秀。袒上身，胸飾瓔珞。帔帛向下繞雙臂，其勢圓轉飄動，輕盈靈動。右手屈肘上舉持拂，左手自然下垂提淨瓶。頭光鏤空，分三層，外層火焰紋，中層雕藤蔓枝葉，內層雕蓮瓣紋。寬肩細腰，頭向右傾，動勢略有變化。
整體造型端莊秀麗，細膩入微，為唐代（618～907）金銅造像的上乘之作。
