此像造於元代（1271～1368），屬當時流行的密宗造像風格。菩薩趺坐，結說法印，頭略向左傾，似為沉思狀。綰高髮髻，髮紋細緻，以線刻而成，寬額大耳，耳垂鏤空，彎眉細長，雙目低垂，鼻準尖鼻翼小，雙唇內斂，略含笑意，和顏慈藹。上身略粗壯，袒身，頸部、胸前、腰髖、手臂及足踝處飾以瓔珞珠串。
此像以夾紵工藝製成，先以泥塑製全身，再配飾瓔珞，製作精良，形體圓潤，線條洗練轉折得宜。
