車長儒造觀音菩薩像

觀音立於蓮台上，頭戴華冠，面相方正，表情肅穆，寶繒分垂於身體兩側，右手上舉持楊枝，左手下垂提淨瓶。全像形體端莊，瓔珞精細繁美，線條簡潔，刀工勁健。蓮台下為方形台座，有二蹲獅，其一已佚。
台座銘刻發願文「開皇元年（581）歲次／辛丑四月庚辰□／十七日丙申佛弟／子車長儒為上父／敬造觀世音石像／一區願上父託生／兜率值佛聞法永／離眾苦墮三塗沸／湯止流洪爐息炎／刀山摧峯劍樹落／刃若生人間侯王／長者富貴家人」。
