佛高肉髻，頭微前傾，雙頰清瘦，五官立體，眉目清秀，面容含笑親切，表情傳神。身著褒衣博帶袈裟，衣袍寬大，衣紋稠疊，分層向外飄灑。體型細瘦修長，右手作無畏印，左手施與願印。佛所立蓮台，上呈圓蕊狀，下為飽滿的立體覆蓮瓣，蓮台下係四足方台。
全像整體感強，頗有秀逸之氣，製作精良華美，細膩流暢又不失端莊，屬北魏（386～534）晚期秀骨清像的造像風格。
