比丘尼釋法空等造一佛二菩薩龕像

此佛龕原應是唐代（618～907）造像塔塔身局部。中部開一圓拱形龕，龕楣為火焰形，中間為方形小龕，內有三尊像。主尊佛結跏趺坐，高肉髻，面相圓潤，帶有火焰形頭光。右手損毀，似作無畏印，左手結與願印。體型豐滿，頭部比例略大。
佛左右各立二脇侍菩薩，披帔帛，身軀呈「S」形立於束腰蓮台上。龕外兩側置金剛力士。龕楣上方為一獸頭，左右對稱如飛龍。
龕像刻有發願文「造石浮圖一所……開元十二年（724）歲在甲子九月丁巳朔十八日甲戌中旬翌日建比丘尼釋法空□□妻霍女五娘合家供養南無藥上菩薩南無藥王菩薩菩薩主比丘尼釋空惠供養」。
