觀音頭戴高寶冠，中央刻一化佛，飾寶珠三顆及繁複的花鬘，兩側繒帶如流蘇狀垂肩。面相方正圓潤，雙目微啟，細眉，鼻挺秀氣。身佩華美項飾、瓔珞、臂釧及腕釧等，細緻精美。左手提淨瓶。下著長裙，裙褶線條流暢，上飾龍鳳等圖案。帔帛順肩下垂至足部，立像在靜穆中不乏靈動之感。此尊像頭部比例略大，但華貴端嚴，形象貼近世俗，做工精細，應受到北宋（960～1127）佛教造像的影響。
