方形台座延伸出三個仰蓮台，上立一佛二菩薩三尊像，台座兩側分別立有供養人與力士。
主尊佛結跏趺坐於蓮座上，有鏤空圓形火焰紋頭光。頭戴寶冠，與寶繒相連呈三角圖形，面相方正圓潤，衣紋簡潔流暢，右手作說法狀，左手撫膝。
蓮座下有一碩大卷曲蓮蒂支撐，佛兩側立二脇侍菩薩，亦帶鏤空圓形頭光。菩薩均頭戴高冠，袒上身，肩披帔帛繞臂垂至足邊，下著貼體長裙立於蓮台上。全像對稱之中富有變化，裝飾性強，設計巧妙精湛。
