羅漢半跏坐，扭身轉頸，面相寫實，表情生動。頂圓額寬，闊眼大鼻，嘴微張，身著僧袍，右臂後擺，左手於胸前緊握布袋，姿態靜中示動。全像形神兼備，比例準確。服飾的表現極富質感，衣褶稠疊，轉折勁力，刀法精湛，為明代優秀的木雕作品。
