觀音立於圓形台座上，頭戴精美的高聳寶冠，面相方正飽滿，神情莊嚴沉穩。頸佩項圈，身披華美帔帛，下著長裙及地，腰裙向外翻折，繁麗華貴，襞褶層疊具靈動感。右手屈肘上抬，手指形態優美。左臂自然下垂，手部略向上抬起。腰部略向右出胯，重心稍偏於右腿，姿態靜中示動，富於變化。衣紋處理寫實自然，雕刻技法高超。菩薩高挑挺拔，身軀飽滿壯碩，風格渾樸厚實，具有中國北方佛教造像特徵。
