一佛二菩薩像

主佛高肉髻，作螺旋紋，面相方圓，眉開眼笑。右手施無畏印，左手屈舉作與願印，立於圓台上。著褒衣博帶式袈裟，衣紋生動寫實。二脇侍菩薩頭戴寶冠，繒帶垂肩，手持淨瓶。三尊皆有蓮瓣形頭光，外緣以陰線刻三重光圈。
背光上方中央浮雕一龍，兩側分列三伎樂天，頂端一對飛天共托寶瓶，姿態曼妙，帔巾飄帶上揚，薄如蟬翼，刻劃精巧，線條優美。
脇侍菩薩均立於翔龍所吐之蓮台，係已知存世背屏式造像中最早的「翔龍嘉蓮圖像」之一。此種造型乃出自《佛說彌勒大成佛經》描述彌勒「坐於金剛莊嚴道場龍花菩提樹下。枝如寶龍吐百寶華……」之信仰基礎。該像刻有發願文「維大魏永熙三季（534）貳月癸未朔五日丁亥……」。一說此像出於陝西華陰縣，然其風格應屬山東青州系統。
