菩薩面相圓潤，髮髻高聳，五官刻劃精細，低頭俯視。體格豐腴，呈立姿，雙腳開立蓮台上。腰肢向左扭動，側身反顧，右臂於胸前上抬前伸，左臂自然下垂，帔帛繞臂，飄灑展開，相互配合，靜中有動，姿態優美。衣紋處理寫實，流暢簡潔，刀法純熟，比例和諧，為宋代（960～1279）初期的木雕佳作。
