菩薩雙腳開立，重心偏移，右手輕盈抬起，掌心向內，左手自然下垂，其動態雕造得十分自然和諧。面相渾圓飽滿，雙目細長下視，雙唇緊閉，表情凝重。頭戴花冠，帔帛纏繞於胸前。衣裙刻劃厚重流暢。
此大型木雕刻劃寫實，衣紋流暢，技法純熟，體現了宋（960～1279）、遼（907～1125）、金（1115～1234）時期佛教造像世俗化的傾向。
