佛結跏趺坐於八角形高束腰須彌座上，肉髻高圓，上刻漩渦紋。面相圓潤，神情端莊靜穆，五官飽滿圓勁，體態豐腴，氣宇軒昂。身著袈裟，懸裳覆於座前，衣紋層疊，呈「U」形紋垂下，線條圓勁流暢。右臂屈肘上舉，似施無畏印，現已損毀，左手撫於左腿之上。
造像整體感強，渾厚而富有韻致，刀法純熟，為唐代（618～907）大理石造像精品之一。
