此造像碑分三部分，上部淺浮雕二佛並坐說法圖，中部碑身刻一佛龕，龕楣淺刻裝飾，龕內減地高浮雕造像，主尊佛結跏趺坐，形體清秀，懸裳覆於台座上，衣紋稠疊。左右二弟子站立台上，向外的兩側脇侍二菩薩，長裙及地，立於高聳蓮台上。
該鋪五尊造像主次分明，和諧統一，精美細緻。主龕兩側開四個小龕，上下兩層分置二坐佛與二力士。
碑體下部線刻供養人及發願文，文中紀年為西魏大統十五年（549）。全碑設計製作規整，手法多樣，雕工精湛。
