Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva Triad

觀音菩薩三尊像

觀音頭戴三葉高寶冠，頂飾化佛，寶繒垂肩，身後蓮瓣形舉身光，頭光線刻同心圓蓮花紋，邊緣飾聯珠紋。觀音頸戴水滴形墜飾，肩披帔帛，繞於膝上交疊呈雙「U」形。右手作無畏印，左手施與願印。菩薩兩側各有一脇侍，雙手合十，表情虔敬，所立蓮台由中央主尊觀音所立之蓮台伸展而出。
四足高腳方台鐫刻發願文「武平元年（570）八月疫□上民出疾苦上相焚香二十七日功德被四海須有十祥禎來聚制度維布□二支羅土專僧及行僧一百八員奉敕造金銅像十區碩皇基典敕□壽典疆秦涼造」，由發願文中的「奉敕」二字顯示出是皇帝下詔造像，可見其重要性。「十區」則表示共有十件一組，此為其一。
