王富如造觀音菩薩像

為北魏時期（386～534）秀骨清像風格。高肉髻，髮紋刻劃細膩，眉目細長，鼻大唇厚，面帶微笑，身材修長，肩膀窄削。外著褒衣博帶式袈裟，內著僧祇支，束帶繫於腹前，下身著裙，裙襬翹角層層外展，線條生動流暢。右手施無畏印，左手結與願印，立於覆蓮台上，台下為四足方座。
該像頭後有同心圓形蓮瓣紋頭光，身後有蓮瓣形火焰紋背光。背光後面有發願文「大代正光元年（520）歲次庚子十二月庚子朔廿四癸亥弟子王富如為亡父母亡妻造觀世音像一區願今亡父母亡妻等神生淨土面奉慈顏下生人中帝王豪族悟落三涯神迎接法水洗心咸沐法澤□及七世前生三有含識普同福慶」。
據銘文得知此為觀音菩薩像，但造像有肉髻，著袈裟，基本與一般佛像造型相同。
