趙見□等造一佛二菩薩像

該像由整塊石材雕刻而成。主佛面容清秀，慈眉善目，嘴角含笑。右手施無畏印，左手作與願印，立於長方形台座上。台座兩側各有一菩薩，立於造型似聳起蓮蓬的蓮台。
主佛圓形頭光，兩側菩薩蓮瓣形頭光。佛菩薩後之舉身光以畫像石雕刻手法呈現細緻刻紋，紋飾繁複華美。
台座立面淺刻博山形香爐及供養人像，表面已漫漶不清。另有發願文「唯大魏歲次癸丑（533）四月己未朔八日清信士佛弟子趙見□趙阿內趙□蔭趙洪顯四人等.....」。此像為北魏（386～534）晚期豫北地區的造像作品。
