羅漢面相豐潤適中，雙目下視，鎖眉閉唇，神情專注嚴肅，內著交領僧衣，外搭鉤鈕式袈裟，舒右腿坐在樹下台座，其下襬覆於台座上，衣褶繁複，線條流暢。左手輕撫仰首翹望的幼虎，右手作說法狀，形象生動，靈巧活現。
羅漢身後樹幹枝葉刻有發願文，由此得知造像年代為正隆三年（1158）。
