該像高肉髻，卷髮波紋刻劃細緻，深目高鼻，相貌莊嚴安詳，大耳貼面。圓形頭光頂端部分殘損。身軀端正，著通肩式袈裟，陽刻凸起的衣褶繁密，衣紋流暢，雙手結禪定印，結跏趺坐於方形台座上。台座淺浮雕幾何形圖案，姿態自然生動，具有典型犍陀羅貴霜王朝（約1〜3世紀）的造像風格。
