陶塑無量壽佛坐像 劉桂樂

無量壽佛，即阿彌陀佛。《佛說無量壽經》卷上云：「無量壽佛，威神光明，最尊第一。」
佛趺坐於石座上，五官分明，目視下方，似在沉思。身披白色袈裟，衣現冰裂紋。右手持念珠。造型上雖只露出頭部和一手，但不減佛的精神氣度。
塑像巧妙地運用棕色與白色的對比，並將無量壽佛刻劃成長髯虯鬚的形象，以此強化面部的表情特徵，加上白色袈裟的襯托，造型渾然一體，與一般佛造像有異。
