撇口，短束頸，雙弧肩，瓶肩飾對稱獸耳，瓶腹以下內收，瓶底外撇，圈足。高23.7公分，口徑6.3公分，瓶口外緣及瓶底繪有廻紋和雲紋。
瓶腹正面繪僧人坐禪圖，五官以淡墨細線精細勾勒，略加皴擦，神態恬然。領口、肩、背、衣紋以濃墨揮灑，與五官之淡墨構成了鮮明的對比。置於蒲團旁的草鞋亦細膩描繪，一絲不苟。左上角空白處題款用印。
瓶腹背面繪寒林圖，幾棵秋日的枯樹，旁出一枝，烏鴉棲息於枝頭，一派蕭散枯寒之景。
