雲南省大理市崇聖寺三塔之千尋塔發現。人面金剛橛由上至下分為三部分。上部五股金剛杵，立於仰蓮台上。中部握柄處鑄三個人首，主面眉毛高揚，深目隆鼻，口微張，佩有耳環，神色嚴肅威武；柄另一側設蛇環。人首以束腰蓮台承托，束腰處飾寶珠紋。下部為橛身，末端略尖。
