青白瓷觀音菩薩像

觀音戴化佛寶冠，邊飾卷曲紋。面頰豐腴，雙目微闔，兩綹長髮垂肩，容貌秀麗。著雙領下垂式廣袖大衣，胸飾瓔珞，下繫赭紅色長裙。採倚坐姿，左手撫膝，右手屈舉至胸前，掌心朝上。
塑像衣襟、袖口及瓔珞均施青白釉，色澤透明澄淨。臉、胸及手部等處為澀胎，未施釉，幾近膚色。衣裙及寶冠尚留紅、藍及金色遺痕，可知係燒製後施彩，故剝落嚴重。像底部墨書「大宋淳祐十一年（1251）辛亥」字款，為南宋（1127～1279）景德鎮青白釉加彩觀音瓷塑作品。
