青瓷佛像貼塑塔式瓶

瓶呈塔形，通高20.4公分，口徑9.3公分，足徑9.3公分。附蓋，瓶蓋直口平沿，頂部為一朵含苞待放的蓮蕾，連接圓形托，下為覆蓮瓣紋，其下為豎直紋一圈，並貼塑六尊結跏趺坐佛像。佛像皆帶頭光及身光，坐於方形寶座之上，形象較為模糊。
瓶身共有五層紋樣，由上而下第一層浮雕覆蓮瓣紋，其上貼塑六隻變形青蛙，第二層為豎直紋，第三層蓮瓣紋，第四層獸穿花紋飾，最底層圈飾仰蓮瓣紋。
通體施青釉，釉色沉穩古樸，有開片。分層裝飾，紋飾雖簡單，但與器形、貼塑合為一體，為古樸典雅、美觀大方的龍泉窯作品。
