像由白玉雕琢而成。束髮，戴銅製五骷髏頭冠。雙眉修長，大眼圓睜，眉間有第三目。口鼻小巧，耳長及肩，戴銅製耳環，容貌秀麗。右手上舉於頭側、握拳；左手當胸、持銅質金剛杵。手佩寶石腕釧，腰部細窄，飾花紋銅帶。雙足飾環，呈舞立姿。
銅製帔帛穿過雙臂下垂於身側，隨身體的動勢彎曲成流暢具有動感的線條。像下方為銅質束腰蓮座。整尊像作玉、銅結合，精細華美，造型具有濃厚的密宗特色。身後有蓮瓣形銅製舉身光，外層雕刻精細的火焰紋，中間飾兩道較深的凸弦紋，內層素面無紋。
