剔紅佛說法圖方匣

清宮舊藏。專為收藏佛經之用。方匣通體黃漆雕錦紋地，朱漆剔雕圖紋，每面四邊雕飾廻紋。長26公分，寬25.2公分，高28公分。蓋面上有長方形開光，內雕「乾隆御書楞嚴經」字樣，開光外飾水紋。匣四壁鏤雕釋迦牟尼佛說法圖，佛位於畫面上方，菩薩及弟子均脇侍左右。佛座兩側及前方的平台上聚集眾多的弟子、羅漢、天王等像。
清乾隆年間（1736～1795）為髹漆工藝鼎盛時期。此匣漆厚色鮮，刀工利落，為清宮之精品。
