清宮舊藏。藏傳佛教唐卡。圖上部以彌勒佛為中心，左右各坐一僧人。佛紅色身相，結跏趺坐於須彌座上。頭梳高髻，戴五佛寶冠，紅色寶繒飄向兩肩。佩項飾、長瓔珞，斜披獸皮絡腋，身披綠色帔帛，下著紅色長裙。左手托軍持（水瓶），右手作說法印；手足掌心各有一金色法輪。帶綠色頭光，在藍色織地背光上緙出閃耀金光，外緣有二護法金龍，中間托出金翅鳥。圖下部表現諸菩薩和天眾聞法場景。全圖四周亭台樓閣，祥雲繚繞，蓮花朵朵承托眾天神。
此圖採緙、繪結合，間暈、退暈互用的手法，運用平緙、構緙、摜緙、搭緙、緙金、長短戧等技法，細部描金、敷色。人物繁多，色澤鮮豔濃郁，配以紅色壽字紋錦緞裱邊。
