清宮舊藏。佛結跏趺坐於七寶蓮座上，下方為須彌座，裝飾繁縟華麗，樣式極為特別。座下雲氣紋中浮現朵朵金蓮。
佛身後現白、綠雙重圓形頭光和身光，外匝有特殊的蓮瓣形舉身光。周身祥雲環繞，上方繡金色九芝華蓋，藍色天際曼陀羅華紛飛。
圖像以纏枝蓮紋裱邊。雲氣紋天頭分為三欄，左右各有飛舞的鳳凰；地頭為海水、山石、雙龍圖案。整幅作品以五彩絲線和金線緙織，運用暈色技法，細部繪色、描金，緙、繪並用。
兩側可見「乾隆」、「嘉慶」、「宣統」內府諸鑑藏印記。詩堂以藍色為地，上有金線緙織的清乾隆皇帝（1735～1796在位）題贊，落「壬午（1762）春正月御讚」、「歡喜圖」、「乾隆宸翰」等款印。
