刺繡童子拜觀音圖

清宮舊藏。緗色緞地上繡慈眉善目的觀音菩薩。菩薩戴化佛寶冠，長髮披肩，飾項圈、腕釧和足釧，身著天衣。帛帶飄舞，襞褶層疊有致，有木刻之趣。菩薩一手撫膝，自在地乘一葉扁舟逐浪而至。波濤滾滾的海面上一輪圓光，內有跣足、頂禮膜拜的童子。童子額際瀏海，梳雙髻，飾臂釧，帔帛向身後飛舞，人物造型古雅。
圖軸左上角墨書「潮音妙相／人天喜歡／繡以綵絲／供養旃檀／壽我／慈寧萬年景福瑞獻／南山祥增紫竹／臣蔣F敬讚」，是知此為清乾隆年間（1736～1795）兵部右侍郎蔣F獻給皇太后的壽禮。
此軸以齊針、套針、打籽、平金等針法繡製，繡工精細、嚴整，頗有工筆淡彩水墨之韻，為刺繡工藝佳作。
