綠度母面相豐圓，黛眉重瞼，口唇較小，現多重頭光及身光。梳高髻，戴寶冠，秀髮披肩，戴耳璫。袒上身，佩項飾、腕釧及長瓔珞。帔帛纖柔搭覆雙肩。左手持烏巴拉花屈舉於胸前，右手施與願印，半跏趺坐於蓮座上。
度母兩側山巒對峙，山間、天際祥雲漂浮，雲中日月同輝。蓮池中繡蓮花托寶盤，盤中盛發光的摩尼寶珠，兩側分繡法螺、羯鼓。
像軸為素紗底，以一絲串技法繡成，運用暗綠和深藍彩線，按紗格經緯點刺繡，線跡較短，繡紋色塊明顯，花紋間的空眼整齊，整體具有沉厚幽深的效果。
