山西省運城市臨猗縣雙塔寺出土。棺分為棺蓋、體和座三部分，長33公分，前寬18.5公分，後寬14公分，前高26公分，後高20公分，重1.1公斤。
棺蓋呈半弧形，蓋頂素面無飾，周側飾花草紋樣。棺蓋前擋上部有半圓形裝飾翹起，上方又嵌飛天奉塔。棺體前擋設假門，左右兩幫嵌大小、形式相同的葉狀銀片，內錘鍱小坐佛。
棺座作三層台階狀，由下往上層層收分，並飾乳釘紋。
