浙江省金華市東陽市南寺塔出土。塔作六層樓閣式，分為塔基、塔身、塔剎三部分。塔基為六邊形，一側設有六級踏步。
塔身亦呈六邊形，仿木構建築形制，底層四周設勾欄。每層均有塔檐，逐層內收；檐上雕出筒瓦，檐角起翹，懸有風鈴。塔剎呈一葫蘆形寶珠狀，剎頂高拔。
