彌勒頭部碩大，面龐寬圓，五官深刻，雙眼微睜，寬鼻闊嘴，略帶笑意。肩部厚實，袒胸鼓腹。身披寬袖衫，衣紋刻劃較深。左手置於腿上，右手置於膝上。盤屈左腿，豎右膝，自在而坐。
像以水晶雕鑿，通體晶瑩剔透，雕刻手法嫻熟，造型簡練。
