玉雕水月觀音菩薩像
雲南省大理市崇聖寺三塔之千尋塔發現
一九七八年雲南省大理市崇聖寺三塔之千尋塔發現。由玉觀音、銀質舉身光、底座三部分嵌插而成。舉身光為蓮瓣形，上部略有殘損，內外三層，由內而外依次為忍冬紋、曲折太陽紋和火焰紋，以陰線加淺浮雕鏤刻而成。
觀音以青白玉料為質。髮髻高綰，雙目上挑，高鼻闊唇，帶有異域特色。削肩細腰，上身較長，胸前飾以華麗的瓔珞，下著長裙，帔帛自肩部垂於身側。左手下撐台座，右手臂搭於膝上，手拈帔帛，採遊戲坐姿，體態優雅自在。台座作「山」字形鏤空山巖。
底座亦為青白玉雕琢而成。呈疊石狀，表現出水月觀音所處的自然環境。整尊雕像簡潔大氣，刀法流暢，結構嚴謹，為現今保存完好的早期玉質觀音之一。
