清代（1644～1911）藏傳佛教作品。法輪銀質鎏金，作圓輪形，輪心鑲嵌藍寶石一顆，另以紅色珠料組成同心圓，象徵佛法旋轉不息。法輪外環呈蓮瓣形，以纏枝紋為地，上飾鎏金法輪、法螺、勝利幢、華蓋、蓮花、寶瓶、雙魚、吉祥結等八吉祥，邊緣飾聯珠紋。
輪下為高圈足，立面飾覆蓮紋，並鐫刻藏文發願文題記，底緣亦圈飾聯珠紋。
