朗久旺丹，意為時輪金剛咒，又稱十相自在，是藏傳佛教中常見的圖案。十相自在分別為壽命自在、心自在、願自在、資具自在、業自在、受生自在、解自在、神力自在、法自在及智自在。
此圖將十相自在各縮寫成一字，再將十字寫成一梵文字母，繡於圖中央。梵字以綠、赤、黃、青、白等色繡成，立於七彩仰蓮座上；後有赤色深淺暈染的圓形光環，外緣飾彩雲紋，烘托出文字的立體感。梵字兩側繡有圖紋，由蓮座相托，上為日月。
圖上方以青色為地，上繡彩雲縈繞。梵字下有盈盈水池，朵朵盛蓮，兩側另有對稱鴛鴦。池中有一小型蓮座，上托火焰寶劍。圖最下方山巒起伏，寶樹林立。此幅刺繡以反戧為主，並輔以平金、圈金等技法，色彩鮮麗。
