一面四臂，綰髮高髻，戴寶冠，臉形寬圓，眉眼細長，寬額長耳，佩戴大耳璫，神情莊嚴。袒上身，飾瓔珞、項圈、臂釧和手鐲，帔帛繞臂垂至腿部，腰繫寶珠飾帶，下著紅色長裙。雙主臂當胸合掌，餘二手持珠、拈花，結跏趺坐於仰覆蓮束腰須彌座上。後有橢圓形頭光、身光及舉身光，外圍均飾以斑斕耀眼的火焰紋。
須彌座立面飾圖紋，富麗堂皇。座下大型蓮葉中化現出碩大的多層蓮台，枝葉設色淡雅，暈色自然。
像上方繡有蘭札體梵文六字真言；下方橫列三行藏文祝詞，意為「晝吉祥，夜吉祥，晝夜恆吉祥，皈依三寶得吉祥。」
作品以杏黃色為地，散落花朵為背景，配以各色絲線緙絲製成。畫面簡潔有致，主題突出。
