藏傳佛教法器。卡章嘎，為梵文譯音，又稱天杖、骷髏杖。此杖以鐵鋄金工藝製作而成，分為杖首和杖身兩部分。杖首由上至下鑄金剛杵、三顆頭顱、長壽瓶和十字金剛杵，各有不同的代表意義。杖頂的金剛杵象徵五智；三顆頭顱以不同的衰敗程度表現，代表斷滅貪、瞋、癡三毒；長壽瓶表示生命的永恆；十字金剛杵的四個方向則意表四無量心。
杖身呈八棱形，上粗下細，中間裝飾兩朵銀鍍金嵌綠松石蓮花，將杖身等距離分成三節。杖尾飾蓮蕾紋。
