觀音面相豐圓，廣頤寬顙，眉宇間飾有白毫，雙目下視，微含笑意。頭披帛巾，披覆肩頭。身著廣袖袍服，佩項飾。身體微微前傾，懷中抱著裹肚兜、四肢圓潤飽滿的小童，菩薩右手托握小童右足。
此圓雕觀音像線條流暢、雕工細膩傳神。
