甘肅省酒泉市敦煌市莫高窟第17窟出土。繪製於十世紀中葉。作品有較寬的邊飾，上繪變體雲紋連續圖案。
畫面分為上下二部分。上方繪二尊乘雲人物，左側北方神君為女性形象，駕紅色雲朵，兩手各拿紙和筆，旁有「謹請北方神星護身保命弟子一心供養」榜題；右為計都星，乘綠色雲朵，榜題為「謹請計都星護身保命弟子／一心供養」。
圖下方畫符咒，左側楷書三行「此符陀羅尼符帶者得神通除罪千劫十方／諸佛惣在目前去者無不吉利達一世得人恭／敬功得無比護淨急急如律令」，即攜帶此符者能除千劫罪業、得諸佛護祐、受人恭敬之意。右側符咒有「二非三」等漢字，但整體無法辨讀。
