甘肅省酒泉市敦煌市莫高窟第17窟出土
甘肅省酒泉市敦煌市莫高窟第17窟出土。九世紀上半葉作品。此像蹙眉怒視，頭光二側繪日輪及月輪。菩薩頭戴寶冠，雙手結印，安坐於蓮花座上。蓄鬍鬚，黑色卷髮披於肩上，頭光及身光周圍有火焰紋。在華蓋的表現手法上，為平面，不具立體感。
蓮座下方書寫古藏文，以兩條縱線區隔三個內容，即像名、「三十八面」及女性貴族供養人的名字。「三十八面」為此圖序號，可能為一系列畫作之一。
