十一面八臂觀音菩薩像

甘肅省酒泉市敦煌市莫高窟第17窟出土。圖繪八臂十一面觀音端坐於蓮座上，主面、二側面加上頂上八面，共十一面。其上二手分托日輪、月輪，紅色日輪中繪有金烏，白色月輪中繪有蟾蜍、桂樹；餘手執法器或結印。
華蓋兩旁繪十方佛，著紅色袈裟。主尊觀音菩薩左右兩側為二弟子，據身側榜題知其為舍利弗及須菩提；二弟子旁為天王及諸菩薩像，兩兩相對，或站或坐，榜題皆清晰可辨。
圖下中央書寫發願文題記，題記兩側為男、女供養人，分持供品，相向而跪，神情虔誠肅穆。
此圖部分貼金，褐色布邊及吊環均保存完好。
