甘肅省酒泉市敦煌市莫高窟第17窟出土。十世紀中葉作品。此畫幡繪四尊菩薩立像，最後一尊菩薩只見頭部。四菩薩均雙手合十，跣足立於蓮台。頭戴寶冠，佩耳璫、項圈、臂釧、腕釧，姿態、穿著皆一致，唯獨髮飾有極細微的差異。
畫幡以深藍色絹面為底，以黃色顏料勾勒線條，未施其他色彩，線條粗細有致，筆力遒勁，造型能力極強。黃色線描頗具金墨意趣。
在敦煌莫高窟第17窟藏經洞出土之文物中，遺存很多與此畫幡同形式、主題的作品。
