甘肅省酒泉市敦煌市莫高窟第17窟出土
甘肅省酒泉市敦煌市莫高窟第17窟出土。觀音戴花冠，瓔珞於胸前交叉，帔巾飛卷於兩膝側呈環狀。左手下垂提淨瓶，右手上舉拈花，跣足立於蓮台上。帶三層頭光，頂上有裝飾花朵及瓔珞的華蓋，周圍空白處被飄散的花朵填滿。皮膚用膚色顏料就輪廓結構線條施以暈染，由此推測為九世紀之作品。
作品質地為麻，有寬幅布邊，中間施彩部分經過漂白後才上色。上部保留著兩個吊環，知其原為掛幡。尊像旁有長方形榜題，上書「南无延壽命救苦觀世音菩薩」。
