甘肅省酒泉市敦煌市莫高窟第17窟出土。繪製於九世紀。此像原以墨線及紅線勾勒輪廓，現已褪色。包含周圍邊飾，高57.5公分，寬38.1公分。綠色頭光外圍飾火焰紋，兩側飄降四朵小花，背景簡單。右手當胸持柳枝，左手屈舉外伸托青色淨瓶，瓶口邊緣及底部均以金色描邊，頭髮、瓔珞、長裙的花紋及襯裡則以青色描繪。菩薩取向正面，雙足分踏蓮花而立。圖左上角榜題九字，「女弟子九娘永為供養」。作品周圍有橙色邊飾及黃色細邊框，由此可見此畫的邊緣並無縫綴過。此絹畫當初的色彩非常鮮豔絢爛，在斯坦因搜集的觀音菩薩像中是較小型的作品。
