甘肅省酒泉市敦煌市莫高窟第17窟出土。九世紀畫幡。菩薩身軀呈「S」形，跣足立於蓮台上。右手抬至胸前，左手持香爐，爐中輕煙繚繞。頭戴寶冠，眉目細長。內著僧祇支，外披紅色大衣，上飾綠、白二色的半圓形花紋。佩項圈及腕釧，瓔珞於腹前交叉後垂至膝部。華蓋上的流蘇迎風擺動，增添畫面的動感。線描純熟，多以紅、綠二色施彩，衣紋及蓮瓣等可見暈染。長方形空白榜題則用黃色螺旋花朵點綴，實為罕見。
