甘肅省酒泉市敦煌市莫高窟第17窟出土。九世紀上半葉作品。菩薩頭戴山形寶冠，卷髮披肩，佩耳璫、項圈、臂釧及腕釧，下半身纏裹著色彩鮮豔的條紋布，腰間繫綴有白色小花的紅巾。左手指間夾著向上伸展的莖蓮，右手在胸前托金剛杵，立於蓮台上。身體為青銅色，手心及腳底為紅色，杏仁狀的眼睛為印度式。
此像繪於質地細密的淡棕色絹上，畫幅較一般畫幡窄，頭光旁則有古藏文題記，然為反向。
