此唐卡為十八世紀作品。五世司徒班欽卻吉迥乃（chos kyi 'byung gnas）戴紅色蓮花形寶冠，雙手持長莖蓮花於胸前結印，花朵昇於兩肩旁，上托智慧劍和經書，手印及持物特徵同於文殊菩薩，趺坐於束腰須彌寶座。
此像戴冠，身著紅色寬大袈裟，衣紋寫實，表現出柔軟質地。袈裟紋樣描繪細緻，內裡為藍色。紅色的束腰須彌座描有金邊，座前紅色供桌上置供物。
此圖以山水為背景，鳥禽悠遊，花木扶疏，供養物散置，呈現和諧的田園風光，屬西藏東部之畫風。圖上下二端另各繪三尊尊像。
