水月觀音菩薩像
甘肅省酒泉市敦煌市莫高窟第17窟出土
甘肅省酒泉市敦煌市莫高窟第17窟出土。此像與一般側身遊戲坐於岩石上的水月觀音不同，而是正面結跏趺坐於蓮座上。身後有火焰紋頭光、身光，再外由一白色月輪包圍。菩薩戴化佛寶冠，左手提淨瓶，右手於肩前拈楊柳枝。
圖下方四位供養人旁均有榜題，以男供養人為首，與之對坐的是男供養人之母及妻。人物中間發願文記載，此圖繪製於北宋乾德六年（968）六月十三，為曹氏家族祈福並祈求家族成員平安分娩而作。圖左上方榜題墨書「南无大悲救苦水月觀音菩薩」。
