巴基斯坦西北邊境省白夏瓦附近發現
巴基斯坦開伯爾巴圖克瓦省白夏瓦（Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa）附近發現。菩薩像戴敷巾冠飾，巾冠上的結帶裝飾略有破損，中央圓形盤有凸起的榫頭，呈現古印度貴族裝扮，屬典型的犍陀羅菩薩樣貌。該頭像舒眉展目，帶白毫，鼻梁高聳，唇髭卷曲。
頭像背後並非完整光滑，推測原應附於寺院壁上或龕中。經現代儀器分析，該像原敷彩貼金，可窺原本雕刻精細，光彩絢麗。
